First, Brian is a no-pressure real estate agent. With my initial introduction, he listened, offered advice, and never asked me to sign anything. Second, as my home search became difficult and riddled with disappointment, Brian thought outside of the box and went looking for potential sellers that didn't even know they wanted to sell their house. That is how I ended up finding my home, and I am so thankful for his resourcefulness! Last, his negotiation skills left me with no doubt that he had my best interests at heart and was going to go to bat for me.
