Brian sold our home for asking price in less than a week and helped us negotiate a good deal on the home we purchased. Throughout the process, he was readily available to answer questions and offer advice; we particularly appreciated his recommendations for attorney, inspector, cleaning people, and handyman as these individuals were quite important in the process and were every bit as good as Brian assured us they would be. We would not hesitate to work with Brian again and would definitely recommend him to others.

Brian is amazing at what he does. I reviewed 3 realtors before choosing Brian. He suggested a price that was 70-110K over the others and had my house sold in 10 days. TEN DAYS at 98% of asking price !!!!!! This guy has the expertise and marketing tools to get the job done the RIGHT way. By the time i received some of his promotional materials (with in a week) I had accepted the buyers offer. I really can't say enough good things about his excellent service. I can pontificate about Brian but his track record and results speak loud and clearly for themselves. I would recommend Brain to any and everyone who demands polite , efficient, intelligent answers to their real estate needs. He made a difficult process effortless and painless. This guy simply KICKS ASS at what he does ! I really can't Thank him enough. Brian was a tremendous help in our move from Raleigh to Chicago! He gave us great insight on the neighborhoods and homes we were considering, and took the time to take us to many, many homes during a short house hunting trip.
