Brian & Kay are two exceptional individuals who worked as a great team to make our house listing and sale a success.

They priced the house correctly from start, which made it immediately attractive to many buyers... They said the house would sell within the first three weeks and it did !!!
Their recommendations were also invaluable during the negotiation process with the buyers. I must say that we trusted them fully with protecting our best interest and are extremely happy with the result.

Both Kay and Brian went out of their way to help us for decoration, repairs and did much more than standard realtors do, especially for foreign sellers...

Kay and Brian understood our constraints and helped us smooth all kinds of bumps found along the sale ... like changing our unreliable closing company at the last minute !

This is an awesome team, doing an outstanding job and we warmly recommend them !
