We chose David due to his vast sales experience in our area. David did not disappoint. He valued our input on pricing and marketing our house. The house sold within 24 hours. Unfortunately, our first buyer died right before closing. David took our calls well after business hours and all weekend. Once the house went back on the market, David brought us a full price offer in less than two days. He contained to field calls on our house through the closing. We appreciate the extra attention David provided throughout the process.

David's excellent marketing skills sold this home. For the initial listing, David photographed the home with furnishings. After I emptied the house, David was willing to take photos again. Huge difference. David helped us negotiate a sales price that we were very happy with.
