We chose David due to his vast sales experience in our area. David did not disappoint. He valued our input on pricing and marketing our house. The house sold within 24 hours. Unfortunately, our first buyer died right before closing. David took our calls well after business hours and all weekend. Once the house went back on the market, David brought us a full price offer in less than two days. He contained to field calls on our house through the closing. We appreciate the extra attention David provided throughout the process.

David's excellent marketing skills sold this home. For the initial listing, David photographed the home with furnishings. After I emptied the house, David was willing to take photos again. Huge difference. David helped us negotiate a sales price that we were very happy with.

Communication was excellent alway returned phone calls, followed thru with outcome of showings. Advertising was wonderful, provided an awesome tour of the house for viewing on line. Extremely knowledgeable of the market in the area, would highly recommend.

Great team of professionals

This is the second house David Dorman has sold for us. He is incredibly detailed and provides really good knowledge of the market and sales in the area. The house sold fast on a tight timeframe. Very pleased.

I have always found David to offer superior service with handling my property sales and purchases. He is knowledgeable and intuitive with his finger on the pulse of the market and above all, he is honest with me. David is a pleasure to work with and I will use his council and services again.

David, from day one (our first meeting outside the house) was amazing. My parents home 🏠 in Orlando needed to be sold quickly at the best possible price and I needed a ton of help getting things ready. David showed up early, checked out the property, told me what he felt was the best approach, and then "literally" handled every other detail. He hit and exceeded every goal that needed to be accomplished. I can't say enough good about him and his whole team. Responsive, detail oriented, knowledgeable, constant attention.
