I was born in Miami, Florida and moved to Central Florida in 1980. I began in the business of real estate as an investor buying and selling everything from low income properties to luxury homes. I then made the decision to transition from Investor to Agent as I enjoyed working with people to achieve their goal of home ownership. I has an extensive background in residential real estate working with buyers and sellers and I'm an expert in short sales, foreclosures, and investment properties. One of my strongest assets is my ability to negotiate the hardest deals while authoring contracts that cover every detail and all while offering the greatest level of protection to clients. I'm is also a graphic designer, web designer, photographer, and videographer who uses these skills to help market and sell all of our listings. As a result of having these skills, I'm able to provide services to all sellers that would otherwise only receive them if they were selling a multi-million dollar home. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with both a Bachelors & Masters Degree Suma Cum Laude. I'm an avid sportsman who enjoys baseball, golf, hunting, and fishing. I'm the proud father of two beautiful children and I'm married to the love of my life who just so happens to be my real estate partner, Christine Clark.

James Clark and the team are the best I would say and strongly recommend him. His market insights and negotiation skills are excellent. Cosidering the market conditions and how long we are in the market, we got a decent offer if not good, however on top of that buyers were requesting for more fixes based on inspection. James negotiated well and kept them very minimal.

We wanted to do RON closing as we are remote sellers. Seems this is new for their title company. He made sure they are able to do the RON closing which is a hassle free closing.
