James Clark and the team are the best I would say and strongly recommend him. His market insights and negotiation skills are excellent. Cosidering the market conditions and how long we are in the market, we got a decent offer if not good, however on top of that buyers were requesting for more fixes based on inspection. James negotiated well and kept them very minimal.

We wanted to do RON closing as we are remote sellers. Seems this is new for their title company. He made sure they are able to do the RON closing which is a hassle free closing.

James and his organization excelled in many areas
They were very personable, communicative, taking time to describe the process of preparing the home for sale, advertising, and showing the home, setting expectations of the time it would take to sell the home, setting a price and being flexible, negotiating with buyer and closing, prompt in responding to my questions, available and very professional.

James was absolutely outstanding. I researched agents in the area and his track record stood out. He understood the market, our situation and what was important to us.
