Bruce was recommended to me by a colleague to help with my first home purchase. It was a BIG deal to me and my family to find the perfect home for us. He was patient, thoughtful, and added a lot of insight into the home buying process. He was familiar with various home styles in the marketplace and knew exactly what to look for when going through showings. Once we found the right home, he helped negotiate Seller Credits to cover some remodel costs. He always answered his phone and was responsive to emails. Definitely working with him again when it's time to upgrade!
