Year-over-year, Atlantic Beach’s rolling three-month numbers show softening prices but increased activity. The typical home value is down slightly from last year, while the median list price has fallen more sharply, dropping nearly one-fifth. At the same time, homes sold are up more than 18 percent and active listings have climbed just over 20 percent.
