Atlantic Beach home prices in this rolling three-month view are down sharply from a year ago, with the typical home value falling nearly 29 percent. New listings are up about 13 percent year over year, while active inventory has climbed roughly 17 percent. Homes are taking much longer to sell than they did last spring, with median days on market soaring and months of supply rising dramatically over the past year.
