Caleb was very professional and easy to work with throughout this process. As first time homebuyers, he made sure to address any questions or concerns. Caleb was very quick and went out of his way to get us showings! If I asked in the morning about a house, he was able to get us in either that night or the following day. He was also very accommodating to our needs. We had a work trip and couldn’t physically see a house we knew would go fast one weekend. Caleb had offered to drive to the house and walk us through the house over FaceTime so we didn’t have to miss any opportunity. Caleb’s connections in the business led to us being able to find our house off market. This was such a rare find in this crazy market! We have now been in our house for over a month and are very happy. On our closing date, we received a wonderful housewarming gift from Caleb that we can’t wait to use. Overall, we are very grateful to have found Caleb and his team to have worked through this process with.
