She handled all the issues and managed to work through the buyer financing conditions. One opportunity for Shannon, albeit very small, would be to ok about communicating when she is working through a larger issue. She had to deal with the buyer's financing issues and shielded us from the situation so as to not bother us but rather take care of it. Which we much appreciated and the sale closed properly. She can feel confident to "bring the seller along" a bit more without dragging them through the drama. This is a very minor point - Shannon was awesome.”
