We worked with Carolina 8 years ago to buy our first house in Florida and didn't hesitate to call her again this year to sell it. Carolina went above and beyond selling our property in Weston. Available every time we needed her and very knowledgeable and professional. Carolina was patient and in the process of looking for a new home she also offer advise on improvements we could do in potential properties that helped us see beyond the appearance of the homes.

Carolina was a great help in our last purchase on a property in Miami. Since we are not living there, she was able to show us the property by video, she has arranged everything we needed even we weren’t physically there. We signed all electronically. Always good communication and the process went through really fast and on time.
At the same time we are renting the property and she helped us to receiving it, coordinating with the handyman to leave the property ready for new tenants.

We arranged to see a property in Weston. From the moment we walked in we got the impression we were interrupting her day. She did not show us the house herself, she stayed downstairs the entire time and seemed bothered by our questions. Not one smile or positive body language expressed. Fast forward she contacted us agreeing on a move in date and price (rental). She asked us to apply through Rental Beast. We gave her all our personal details, income, social security etc. We paid for each of our applications and had our credit checked and a background check. After approval she sent us the lease agreement which we signed and sent back to her. We did not hear from her for two days. She then contacts us via a text message saying we need to move in two weeks sooner or we are not moving forward with the deal. She states she put the house back on the market. No apologies or lament for wasting our time and going back on our agreement. Never offered to return our application money either. This is unethical for a real estate agent who happens to have her company listed as the owner of the property. She is not professional nor is she personable or pleasant to deal with. I personally unfortunately because of this unpleasant experience cannot recommend her.
