I have worked in the housing industry since 1998. I started at Lowe's Home Improvement where I worked my way up from Floor Associate to Store Manager in 4 years. I have always been customer-focused; I believe that is what separates me from the rest. I started selling Real Estate in 2004 and have loved every minute of it. In 2012, I started Drewer Team, Inc and hired a full time licensed assistant. I have over 1000 personal transactions under my belt and currently run a team of 12 Realtors, serving the Baltimore Metro area. I volunteer on several Boards, including Maryland Realtors and the Million Dollar Real Estate Association. I served as the President for the Harford County Board of Realtors. I work hard to balance my personal and business life, while giving 100% to my clients.
