Chris made the process of selling our home so easy! We listed the house on a Sunday and had a showing within the first 3 days. We had 4 open houses and sold the home in less than 6 weeks. Chris has a great network of friends and associates that also helped us obtain our next home. We were looking at a bank owned deal and we visited the home on a Saturday afternoon wanted the house int he worst way and on Saturday evening at 10 pm we were being preapproved by his mortgage specialist. It was such a wonderful process and we closed in under 8 weeks.

Chris was GREAT! I was actually working w/another realtor who wasn't very responsive and we were going out every other day or two to look for homes but when my b/f contacted Chris we were able to meet the very next day & line up tons of homes to see that week & following weeks.
