The property was a messy estate sale that took 2 years and 2 months to clean up and close. Christine Farley hung in there with us, getting us information from the many attorneys that were required to clean up the title, doing legwork with town officials to clear up undocumented mysteries about the property and negotiating a deal that allowed us to live in the house while we waited for the closing to happen. We have bought and sold a number of houses, but this purchase was the most complicated. Christine’s professionalism never wavered.
