Thomasville had 27 new listings and 26 listings that went under contract in January, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 76—up 10.14% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in February.

Of those 76 active listings, 34.21% reduced their price in the month of January. The median listing price for homes in Thomasville fell 20.4% from December to January, bringing the current median listing price to $238,000. Based on projected data for February, listing prices may continue to fall.
