My wife and I are first time home buyers using the VA home loan, we were SUPER picky and kept changing our minds on what we wanted. We went from wanting land with a barndominium, a duplex, a one story home, to finally a two story home. We had Chris take us all over the Houston area and it's surrounding counties.
Chris made it all happen!!! With daily updates on homes he though we would like, always finding us something better and better after every conversation we had about the proposals he had.
He never made us feel rushed or obligated, and even became the liason between us and the builder we finally decided to go with. Every concern we had was addressed within the half hour. Chris is prompt, organized, professionally friendly, relatable, and most of all he is VERY RELIABLE.
