I was selling my home and Dara did a great job submitting all paperwork on time and communicating actively with all parties, although our path was a bit bumpy from the buyer side and funding on time but Dara pushed it through very strong and even threatening buyer with legal actions, so the buyer eventually made a payment. Dara went above and beyond when it came to selling our home! We had a tight timeline to get our house sold and relocate within two months.
