Buying a home in the Denver Area can be a treacherous process. That being said Cole provided amazing service in making himself available to look at homes and submit timely offers to sellers. He was very knowledgeable in the process and alleviated much of our anxiety driven mania to the best of his abilities. He was extremely responsive and professional while coordinating with our lender and negotiating with our seller. On top of that he has provided us with great local contacts for home maintenance companies, and even provided us with a great lender contact who closed our 3rd contract in 8 days!!! Cole has also followed up with us after closing to make sure we were satisfied with our new home and to see if we needed any further support!

We were unfortunate in having two previous contracts go under due to poor agents on the sellers side (both homes we were under previous contracts with are no longer for sale). Cole endured and push through both trials professionally! Even when the second contracts' seller/agent cussed Cole (and our lender) out. Cole always maintained extreme professionalism!!!

My husband and I greatly appreciate his efforts and kind of miss having him around to bug about this and that!:) He's a great and hardworking individual. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Honest & Forward
This was my first time purchasing a place of my own, so of course I was hesitant and had fears. Cole was the 2nd real estate agent I worked with and was the best, hands down. I didn't have my car for the first few weeks we were looking, and Cole came to pick me up about once a week to look at properties. Customer service comes naturally with Cole, and with it so did my first property. I will certainly be back to purchase with Cole again.

Outside of purchasing my property, Cole was genuine with the way he held himself and his opinions of the properties we viewed. One of the many reasons I'll be a returning customer is because Cole's work speaks for itself.

An outstanding and knowledgeable agent
Cole was outstanding! He was polite and professional, he made an obvious effort to get to know me and my significant other, so that he could best help to find a property that not only fit us, but that we also love. His professionalism seriously went above and beyond, but not to the point that he became impersonable. An absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to a friend or family member without hesitation. He knew in great detail what he was talking about, and if he didn't he was honest about it and worked diligently to figure it out.

Above and beyond normal service
Cole Maurer is one of the best agents I have worked with. The purchase with him was the 4th home purchase and was my “forever” home. So my expectations were from my experience with other realtors. Cole is not like other realtors! He was brutally honest about things I thought weren’t a big deal until he explained it from the market point of view or resale value; meaning he truly had my best interest at heart instead of making a quick sale. Amazing experience on my Cave Creek AZ Home Purchase
Cole is by far the best agent I've worked with during a home purchase. Cole's knowledge of the area and his attention to detail are key attributes that make him a great partner during the process.
