This was my first time purchasing a place of my own, so of course I was hesitant and had fears. Cole was the 2nd real estate agent I worked with and was the best, hands down. I didn't have my car for the first few weeks we were looking, and Cole came to pick me up about once a week to look at properties. Customer service comes naturally with Cole, and with it so did my first property. I will certainly be back to purchase with Cole again.

Outside of purchasing my property, Cole was genuine with the way he held himself and his opinions of the properties we viewed. One of the many reasons I'll be a returning customer is because Cole's work speaks for itself.

An outstanding and knowledgeable agent
Cole was outstanding! He was polite and professional, he made an obvious effort to get to know me and my significant other, so that he could best help to find a property that not only fit us, but that we also love. His professionalism seriously went above and beyond, but not to the point that he became impersonable. An absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to a friend or family member without hesitation. He knew in great detail what he was talking about, and if he didn't he was honest about it and worked diligently to figure it out.

Above and beyond normal service
Cole Maurer is one of the best agents I have worked with. The purchase with him was the 4th home purchase and was my “forever” home. So my expectations were from my experience with other realtors. Cole is not like other realtors! He was brutally honest about things I thought weren’t a big deal until he explained it from the market point of view or resale value; meaning he truly had my best interest at heart instead of making a quick sale. Amazing experience on my Cave Creek AZ Home Purchase
Cole is by far the best agent I've worked with during a home purchase. Cole's knowledge of the area and his attention to detail are key attributes that make him a great partner during the process. He was on top of every detail, well in advance, to ensure the stress level was minimized and he worked through all obstacles to keep the process flowing.

Top Notch Realtor
My husband and I met Cole at an Open House in early 2021 when we were first looking for a horse property. He was so engaging and very professional. We instantly liked him and decided to use him as our Buyer’s Agent. It took many months to find the right property because we had specific needs. Cole was right on top of everything and found us a listing that was still in the “Coming Soon” category. We jumped on it immediately and were able to get a great deal after much negotiating. Cole did a masterful job in getting the sellers and buyers to agree on the details.

We then asked Cole to be our seller’s agent for our current property. We followed his advice in all respects when preparing the property for sale. Again, Cole was on top of everything and we received an offer we could not refuse on the first listing day. There were a few issues with the property and again, Cole did a masterful job in negotiating the compromises needed.
