Constance Baynard

Constance works with home buyers, sellers, and investors. For the past 15 years, she has developed a career in sales and mastered the art of negotiation. She has always had a passion for Real Estate but was never able to pursue the career because of the demands of being a full-time employee, wife, and mother. When the opportunity to go into real estate became available, she seized it! As a South Fulton native, she witnessed its great transformation – from the rural south and desolate downtown into a progressive metropolitan city that retains its small-town feel. Her intimate knowledge of this region and experiences of having lived here for the majority of her life gives her enthusiasm and a desire to make her home, your home.
