The thought of selling my home was in my mind and I'd always talk myself out of it i talked to the Welch's and discussed the possibility of selling....and life happened and I did not want to even think about selling my house. Then as things got better I went back to where selling my home was my goal so i contacted them about a year later and they were eager to help and knew exactly who i was....which made me not feel like a "job" or a way to earn them money it just felt right.
