The thought of selling my home was in my mind and I'd always talk myself out of it i talked to the Welch's and discussed the possibility of selling....and life happened and I did not want to even think about selling my house. Then as things got better I went back to where selling my home was my goal so i contacted them about a year later and they were eager to help and knew exactly who i was....which made me not feel like a "job" or a way to earn them money it just felt right. I had MANY questions and always was welcomed to ask them. The process of getting my home ready for market was seamless and this group was so very honest that it took my fear and stress away. Then it was time to list the house, they did not only amazing pictures but a true virtual tour....it came out amazing! They really go above and beyond and have made something that could be so stressful feel easy and simple. If you want honesty and integrity this is the group for you!
