I have been in the home building business for years and dealt with hundreds of brokers. Craig is in the top 1%. As we were out of town sellers we relied on Craig for everything. He coordinated repairs, painting, cleaning and all aspects of arranging for closing including recommendations for attorney. His communication was outstanding and timeliness in returning calls and gathering information was exceptional. We had a few issues involving the title and sideline encroachment issues which Craig helped guide us through. Very few brokers could have done what he did for us.
Craig is a total professional and my experience was nothing but spectacular.
In the end we got a quick sale at a very solid price and a timely closing. Could not be more pleased.

I would highly recommend Craig to any prospective buyer or seller. You will not find a more knowledgeable, trustworthy, harder working realtor. It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with Craig.

That was a big factor in deciding to choose him to sell our home. He listened to our needs at every point throughout the process and effectively worked to carry out our wishes. He was readily available to respond to our questions along the way and always made us feel like a priority. Although it was a difficult event for us as we were selling the “family” home, Craig made it somewhat easier with his compassion and expertise.

Other than Craig, we only dealt with the photographers for Craig but we were impressed with their skills and appreciated their positive comments about the house.

I was looking for someone that understood the current, local real estate market and I was impressed with Craig Celli. Upon meeting with him I was impressed with his knowledge, understanding of my situation, and how personal he was. I would not hesitate to call upon him again or to recommend him to a friend or relative.

This was the second time I worked with Craig on selling a home I was responsible for disposing of. He has been absolutely outstanding with his efforts to provide me with viable buyers and did an outstanding both time with all aspects of the sales.

Craig was friendly and professional at all times. He understood our goals, and gave advice, but supported all decisions we made. Craig was an excellent broker long before the sale of my dad's property he had great advice. He was able to help with contractors prior to sale also meeting with contractors since I was out of state . Numerous times meeting contractors and salvage people to to remove vehicles. He offered alternative negotiations to help the buyer and I come to a Quick agreement. Allowing us to close quick with minimal inconvenience to me and my family . He did not allow Obstacles to get in his way always thinking of a way around over or through a problem to get the job done . Best experiance with a broker and my 53 years.
