Year-over-year, Wakefield’s rolling three-month home values are up solidly, with the typical home value rising about 8.5 percent compared with last year. At the same time, there are fewer homes changing hands, as homes sold and new listings are both down more than 15 percent from a year ago, pointing to tighter supply and softer transaction volume.
