His experience in sales began in the retail jewelry industry while working and operating in a managerial position at a million dollar producing Kay Jewelers store at the age of 19 years old. There he received multiple recognitions for his high sales volume as he ranked top 3 amongst a region of 7 states and over 50+ stores. This is where he developed the ability to tailor his services to the needs of each one of his client. This experience and with the motivation from his family, friends and clients prompted his transition into a career as a Real Estate Agent.

I highly recommend hiring Cristian when either selling or buying. He was amazing in helping my family sell our home. He made the process very easy. He was always available to answer my calls and answer my questions. He always had the best attitude. He was amazing with guiding us through the negotiations process and helped us get our asking price! Having him by your side will be the best decision you make!

Cris was by far super knowledgeable and guided us to a home that was best fit for our needs. He has the connections to help get any questions answered, legal or title related. He provided regular updates, without being prompted to and really worked and advocated for us as buyers. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a great home and someone on your side.

I was looking for a home after moving out of my parents home. No idea where I wanted to live, what I wanted or how much I wanted to spend. We went from renting apartments to renting homes, to new construction, to preowned homes and then back to new construction. I am a guy who is very careful with his money and seeing how I am a first time buyer I wasn't very confident on where to buy and how much; But Cristian Chavez took his time and found me the perfect new home, in a new neighborhood with my desirable price.
