My wife and I tried selling our 4-family flat several times and the agents we chose just didn't seem to care all that much about selling it. We were connected with Dana quite by happenchance (long story) and we're glad we were. Within just days we had offers on the flat that were actually reasonable (compared with the low ball offers we'd typically get when we tried previous times to sell with other agents), and within just a couple weeks we sold! It's amazing how things just happen sometimes. Dana was very attentive, professional, detail oriented and (this last one is important) honest! Highly recommended!
