Year over year in St. John, home values have climbed solidly, with the typical home value up more than 15 percent in this rolling three-month view through May 2026. Median list prices are also slightly higher than a year ago, reinforcing that sellers are still able to ask more than they did last spring. At the same time, the number of homes sold and pending has dropped sharply compared with last year, pointing to a slower pace of closed deals.
