Dan was very professional throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable about the neighborhood and broader trends and we were able to respond quickly to market conditions. Dan is very fair, honest, and trustworthy. He is also candid about the condition of the property but strives to get the most value possible for the seller out of the sale.
