Orland Hills had 7 new listings and 9 listings that went under contract in September, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 15—up 15.38% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in October.
Of those 15 active listings, 6.67% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Orland Hills grew 2.26% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $367,000. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to grow.
