Born and raised right here in Columbus Dave graduated from Centennial High School and then attended Otterbein College for 2 years and then spent 2 years at Kent State University where he met his wife of 35 years Maria who hails from Strongsville, a suburb of Cleveland. The proud Dad of 3, Jaysen, Jesse and Jaime, both Jesse (office manager) and Jaime (buyer broker) work with Dave.

In business for over 24 years Dave has sold nearly 4000 homes in his career. In 2018 Dave developed the idea of full service real estate for just a 1% commission. Since then Dave’s team have saved Home Owner's Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars in commissions while providing the highest level of service to every home owner.

The true lights of his life are his 4 grand kids, Weaver, Harper, Jack and Callie that he absolutely loves to spend as much time with as he can. When not playing with the grand kids Dave and his wife have 3 Great Danes, 10 chickens and a barn cat. . . Life is definitely good!
