David was born and raised in Hawaii, growing up on both Oahu and Maui. He is a second-generation real estate professional and third-generation businessman in Hawaii. He graduated from Punahou School and went on to earn his degree in Environmental Analysis and Design from the University of California, Irvine. His hard work didn't stop there; he went on to become a Honolulu firefighter. However, he still embraces the Honolulu Fire Department's motto of Pride, Service, and Dedication in serving his clients' needs. He has also been featured on over half a dozen HGTV shows.

When David is not selling real estate, he loves to spend time with the three lovely women (his wife and two daughters) in his life. He also enjoys getting on the water to either surf or paddle. Although David lives in Diamond Head, he sells properties all over the island. There is no deal too big or too small; he has sold everything from leasehold condos under $100,000 to multi-million-dollar mansions in Honolulu.
