Royal Kunia’s rolling three-month data through June 2026 shows home values trending higher than a year ago. Typical home value is up a little over 6 percent year over year, landing just under the mid–$900,000s. At the same time, median list prices have edged slightly lower compared with last year, suggesting sellers are pricing carefully even as values rise.
