We moved to South Carolina from NY state. David was there every step of the way to make the process easy. We completed the entire process from NY. We came down for a week and looked at properties but didn't find any that we were interested in. David continued to search for homes for us after we went back to NY. He sent information and pictures of every home we were interested in. David was available for any questions/worries we had. He was a great liasion with our closing attorney as well as well as helping set up home inspections. He went above and beyond during our home search and purchase. If you are looking to relocate from another state I highly recommend David. Moving is stressful and moving from a different state multiplies that. David will be there every step of the way to answer questions or just to give advice. If you are looking for a realtor give him a call. It will be the best decision you will make!
