My journey in Real Estate began in 2006 when I worked for a national flipping franchise as the acquisition specialist. I then transitioned into a job with a property management company where I assisted in overseeing 180 plus properties. As a buying and selling agent I have developed skills from my past employment that I use with my current clients such as negotiation. David helped me find the perfect home for my needs and within my budget. It's got a great location and I couldn't be happier. I'm also using him to help me sell my home. He knew what my requirements were as well as my nice-to-haves. He was great at keeping me grounded--not getting carried away with wanting something that wasn't a good value. I viewed 11 properties and put offers on some of them that I was willing to fix up and he was vital to helping me set a solid offer based on home value, amount of repairs needed, to ensure that I wouldn't overpay once renovations were done. In the end, I ended up with a beautiful, turn-key cream puff of a home, no renovations needed, in an excellent location at a great value with instant equity. He was flexible to ensure I could see properties based on my travel/work schedule which can sometimes vary. I'm 1,000% satisfied with my purchase and the assistance he offered before and after the sale.
