Dawn Richardson is a Real Estate Advisor, Mentor, Coach, and Trainer, licensed since 2000. She is licensed in Missouri, Kansas, Georgia, Arizona, and Oklahoma. A native of Kansas City, Dawn has earned degrees at the University of Kansas and Marylhurst University.

Dawn has a passion for changing lives through real estate, as she has helped hundreds of families achieve the American dream of home ownership. Dawn has also made a significant impact among her peers by sharing her experiences in real estate, through coaching and mentoring young and old real estate professionals alike.

Dawn is a mother of 3 children and 2 grandchildren, who affectionately call her Ya-Ya. Dawn loves to give back to her community by way of supporting several charities and organizations including the Red Cross and the American Heart Association circle of red. Dawn is also a member of the Junior League and Drifters, Inc. In her leisure, Dawn is a golfer, a diehard KC Chiefs and KC Royals fan.
