Dayanne believes that when an opportunity comes along, one must pursue it with everything they have; she channels that same dedication into seeking opportunities for her clients.

Dayanne began her career in Miami, FL, before moving to Manhattan, NY, with the goal of sharpening her craft. During the six years she spent in the city, she established herself as a respected agent, earning top producer awards and serving as a guest speaker at seminars in the US and Brazil (such as Connecta Imobi, Missão Executiva Alto Padrão e Luxo). She was recognized as a Top Producer by NAHREP and was a member of the Columbia Vitolo Team, which has sold over $1.3B in real estate.

Dayanne cultivated a reputation for successfully selling several properties that had been listed for over a year with other agents, distinguishing herself as a trusted partner. She covers a diverse range of properties, including townhouses, condos, co-ops, multi-family, and mixed-use buildings.
