January’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $382,500—down 54.19% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $560,000 in Miami-Dade County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $565,000 in February.
Sunny Isles Beach had 134 new listings and 51 listings that went under contract in January, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 915—down 2.03% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in February.
