Great agent for buyers and sellers alike, including those interested in investment properties. I'm an agent myself and could have easily submitted an offer. However, Deborah has a unique background in litigation. She understands contracts, deadlines and details in a way most seasoned agents do not. I've worked in the business for decades and clients will spend days worrying about the quality of workmanship for a closet renovation but spend zero time worrying about the quality of the contract which governs the purchase of their largest asset. It's a relief to work with someone who is well versed in the legalities of purchasing a home - truly the most important part of the deal.
