Denise was nice and an excellent communicator. She responded very promptly to all of our inquiries and made time for us under a very time-constrained schedule for a 1031 exchange. She was very helpful in getting the transaction into escrow and through inspections once we were in escrow She is very patient, trustworthy and a good listener.
