Inventory in Petaluma has been tightening in the latest rolling three-month window, with active listings down more than 14% year over year even after a recent month-to-month bump. New listings have also fallen about 15% from a year ago, signaling fewer fresh options coming to market. At the same time, homes sold have inched up nearly 8% year over year, showing that buyers are still stepping in despite the lighter supply.
