Mine was a difficult escrow/closing with complications that included a hostile seller, a rehab loan which required numerous inspections from the bank and extra paperwork. Denise stayed on top of everything and kept me informed at every turn. Buying a historic, uninhabitable fixer with a rehab loan is a harrowing experience.
