Mine was a difficult escrow/closing with with complications that included a hostile seller, a rehab loan which required numerous inspections from the bank and extra paperwork. Denise stayed on top of everything and kept me informed at every turn.
Buying a historic, uninhabitable fixer with a rehab loan is harrowing experience. Denise hung in there with me though hell and high water and I doubt I could have gotten through it without her good humor, encouragement and expertise.
