My family and I were moving from out of town, and Dianne was there at every step. She coordinated virtual video tours, arranged for contractors to visit during inspections, and oversaw key projects when we couldn’t be there in person. She even celebrated with us through personalized gifts. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. We’re so thankful we landed our dream home in Peregrine with Dianne!

Dianne assisted my wife and I on our out of state home search and purchase process in Colorado Springs. Not only was she able to manage our needs as clients from afar, but she did it with great responsiveness, professionalism, and care. She pulled out all the stops from the very beginning by getting us setup on specific searches, sending homes that fit our criteria, and planning neighborhoods to visit with us when we came into town to scope. She showed great care for our little girls by planning our home visits and viewing around their schedules - she even bought gifts for them. Dianne is an A class realtor and an even better human being. Her warm and empathetic personality understands that a home purchase is not only a huge financial decision but an emotional one as well. Her expertise and ability to quickly understand what we wanted resulted in us making a purchase sight unseen!! I’m not sure there are enough words to express how amazing the experience with Dianne is. She was supportive and realistic, and helped me stick to my goals. My favorite day was when we toured a property and I caught a snake in the backyard- I think this was her favorite day too! As she shrieked and ran away. We had lots of laughs and I felt like I knew her my whole life from the first day I met her! She listens intently, researches voraciously and loves puzzles as much as I do! Thank you!
