Donna definitely does not waste any time. We had what we thought was an impossible time line but somehow we managed to find a home we liked, in our price range and move in all in an incredibly fast amount of time. All negotiations she handled well and I recieved everything I asked for without so much as a single haggle. Would recommend and hopefully I don't have to move again anytime soon but will hire her again if the need arises. I would recommend her for her timing, representation, and overall ability to make things move in the process. Any questions you have will be answered straight forward with no beating around the bush, bad news is bad news good news is good ect. No lying or mysteries to figure out. Overall I'm pleasantly surprised and more than satisfied to have hired her!
