For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $565,800 in Carteret County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $558,450 in March.

Cedar Point had 5 new listings and 1 listings that went under contract in February, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 21—down 4.55% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in March.
