I had not purchased a home in 18 years. I found a house on Zillow that I wanted to see and called Donna, not knowing her from any of the myriad of agents that are out there. We then looked at numerous houses before finding the one that was just right for me. Donna is professional, very conscientious, honest and easy to communicate with. She was always quick to return a phone call, e-mail or text. Donna is well versed in the current real estate market and was an excellent negotiator. I would (and have) recommended Donna to friends and families. You can tell she takes pride in her job. To be honest, I don't normally write reviews but I do read them. FYI, this review is going to be very thorough and detailed as Donna Roberts deserves this--Donna's diligence and work effort was flawless. It all started when I was looking on Zillow and found a house at 9pm. I happened to click her name as well as others as they were the agents listed for more information regarding the property. Within minutes I received a call from Donna. I was caught off guard because no one works that late--except Donna Roberts (lol). She immediately responded to my request and I knew she was the agent I wanted to work with. (I did not get answers from the other agents until the following couple days, which by then the market was hot and the houses were probably gone by the time they would answer). After contacting Donna, my wife and I immediately had questions and concerns about how to look for a house and where to begin. She kindly handed us her business folder with loads of information and she elaborated on several key points for first time home buyers.

She listened well to what we wanted, was extremely helpful in the search process, brought a number of excellent resources to the table, and was amazing in negotiations.
