Walnut Grove had 11 new listings and 19 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 59—down 6.35% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 59 active listings, 47.46% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Walnut Grove grew 15.75% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $599,000. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
