From the moment you hire Elliot to sell your home, he takes over ALL the headaches associated with it, and you can literally sit back and watch the magic.

I am not easy to work with because I know everything you see...and giving control over to someone else is the scariest thing I've ever heard! Unfortunately, my husband passed away unexpectedly, leaving me with a daughter in college, bills to pay, and a newly closed business thanks to Covid. I was overwhelmed to say the least, which is why I decided to give in and just TRUST a stranger to take control of the one thing that was supposed to sustain myself and my daughter financially for a very long time.

I put everything in Elliot's hands, and not only did he sell my home...he did it in a week and a half....he did it with multiple offers..: and he got me almost $100k OVER asking price with 30 days free rent after closing so I had the money to move. He made it very clear to the buyers (and it was apparent to me) that he was working for me and in my best interest.

The MOMENT I signed the contract with him, he went to work. He scheduled open houses, and when the inquiries were high, he held a few extras so I never had people just showing up or trickling in.

Once I chose the best offer and escrow began I then found out that Elliot had a strong team of the BEST people for every single thing to make sure escrow was smooth and on time! He had an endless network of people, including painters, movers, gardeners, handymen, cleanup crews and on a few occasions showed up early and moved clutter from the house to the garage for me to make it look nicer (I'm in a wheelchair and couldn't do it myself)!

Now I am out of the home and have moved on, and I will never forget what this ""stranger"" did for us in the worst time of our lives. I never felt like Elliot Rousso was just out to make money on a listing.

This is a person who takes absolute pride in what he does and strives to be the best...I personally think he has succeeded.
