After we got an offer, he negotiated a higher deposit and shorter inspection contingency period, which made the buyers hesitate to back out as the market softened. We definitely got a higher sales price (maybe $100K higher) than we would've gotten if we hadn't rushed to get the house on the market. We highly recommend Tamas.
