Danny's no pressure approch is why I promise him that if I ever sell my rental property, I would give him the listing. We have talk about real estate issues and possible selling my property for quite a few years. I contacted Danny in late 2024 to let him know that I will be selling the property when one of the units becomes vacant. The property was listed in mid February 2025.
