This is my second time working with Elliott and every experience has only gotten better. This market was incredibly volatile, but Elliott knew how to position our offers so they would be competitive. He made himself available whenever to check out houses no matter where they were. I know without him we would’ve been looking for several months, but we were able to find a home in less than three months and we even had multiple houses under contract at one point. That’s unheard of in this market. Loved working with him and will work with him again in the future.
