I’m very finicky when searching for a house, and when we began searching in 23' we thought for sure she would give up when 2 or 3 months went by. Soon, it was spring, then summer, and when a house under contract failed inspection, she coached us on how we could pull out and get the deposit back.
After losing a few houses to people who bid higher and the house that failed inspection, a lot of realtors would say, "I quit," but not Emily. Every week, we drove to new houses and saw different properties, hoping the next would be the right one, and she was always glad to oblige.
FINALLY, we found one, and Emily was there. It wasn't the biggest or very expensive but she helped all the same.
Emily is one of the best in the business and very professional, knowing the ins and outs of the business. IF anyone needs a realtor, I highly recommend her.
